1Your data-protection rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations, you have rights over your personal data. This page explains them and how to exercise them with Zee. The data we actually hold is listed in our Privacy Policy.

2What you can request

• Access — a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data (for example, remove you from the waitlist).
• Withdraw consent — stop launch-related contact at any time.
• Complain — raise a concern with us, or with the competent authority (SDAIA).

3How to submit a request

Email info@zeeride.com.sa with the subject "PDPL request" and tell us whether it is an access, correction, deletion, or consent-withdrawal request. Where possible, write from the same email address or be ready to confirm the mobile number the request concerns — we verify identity before acting on personal data.

4What happens next

We log your request, verify it, act on it, and confirm the outcome by reply. We act without undue delay and will meet any statutory timeframe that applies under PDPL and its regulations.

5No charge and no disadvantage

Exercising these rights is free, and we will not treat you worse for using them.

6Complaints to the authority

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the competent data-protection authority in the Kingdom.
