1About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zeeride.com.sa (the "Site"), operated by Zee from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2What the Site is

The Site is Zee's pre-launch marketing and waitlist website. It provides information about the upcoming Zee platform and lets you register interest as a rider or a driver. The Site is not, itself, a transportation service. No rides are booked through it.

3Waitlist and driver registration

• Joining the rider waitlist or submitting a driver registration records your interest only.
• It does not create a user account, a driver account, an employment relationship, or any obligation on Zee to provide services.
• Driver activation, if offered, is a separate later step subject to document verification, approval and applicable regulations.
• You must provide accurate information when you submit a form.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempting to breach security or rate limits, no submitting false or misleading information, and no use that violates Saudi law.

5Intellectual property

The Zee name, logo, brand assets, product interfaces, screenshots and all Site content belong to Zee. You may not reuse them without written permission.

6Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party services (for example, app stores when available). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and may change at any time. Statements about the upcoming platform describe current plans, which may evolve before launch.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Zee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

9Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
