1Who we are

Zee is a Saudi mobility platform, currently in pre-launch. References to "Zee", "we" and "us" mean the Zee platform and its operating team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at any time at info@zeeride.com.sa.

This Privacy Policy describes what this website actually collects today, why, and the choices you have. It applies to zeeride.com.sa and its subpages.

2What we collect

Rider waitlist and driver registration forms:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email address (only if you choose to provide it)
• City
• Vehicle information (driver registrations only)
• Your lead type (rider or driver)
• The language you used
• The date and time your consent was recorded (consent timestamp)
• How you reached us: source, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) when present in the link you used

First-party website analytics: when you browse the site we record the type of interaction (page view, a button click, a form submission, a language switch), the page visited, the interface language, the device type (mobile or desktop), the referring page or domain, and UTM parameters. Analytics events never contain your name, mobile number, email address, or vehicle details.

Technical logs: our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, access times) for security and reliability.

3Why we collect it

• To notify you when Zee launches in your city.
• To contact driver applicants about onboarding, verification and activation.
• To understand how people find and use the website so we can improve it and our launch campaigns.
• To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.

We collect only what is needed for these purposes.

4The basis for processing

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form; the exact date and time of that consent is stored with your record. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

5What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not put form-field values (name, mobile, email, vehicle) into analytics events.

6Where your data is stored and who can access it

Your information is stored on cloud hosting infrastructure, which is currently located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Access is limited to authorized members of the Zee team who need it to operate the waitlist and launch. Administrative access requires a password plus a one-time verification code. All connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS).

Service providers that help us run the website (for example, hosting and messaging providers) may process limited data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

7Your rights and choices

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and as a matter of our own policy, you may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (access).
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (correction).
• Ask us to delete your data (deletion).
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted about the launch.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@zeeride.com.sa with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us which request it is. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm the mobile number or email address the request concerns before acting. We will act on your request without undue delay.

8How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and driver-registration data until the launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Analytics events are kept in aggregate, non-identifying form.

9Children

This website and the waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
